We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and for Lunch - Friday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Senior Sommelier to join our team in Cartmel. Our Wine cellar at L'Enclume combines small growers with big names including various hidden gems from around the world. Our wine team cleverly pair unique styles of wine with our award winning food, and guide our guests through our extensive wine list with in-depth knowledge and passion.

The role will work very closely with our Head and Assistant Head Sommelier to drive the wine programme at the restaurant.

We are keen to hear from Sommelier's with experience in a similar high quality environment, ideally WSET Level 3 and above all a passion for wine, liquor and champagne.
