Simon Rogan's restaurant group opened in 2002 with the opening of the acclaimed L'Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria. Over the years we have grown to include ten restaurants worldwide, one in London (Aulis*), four in the Lake District (L'Enclume ***, Rogan & Co *, Aulis Cartmel and Henrock), and three in Hong Kong (Roganic *, Aulis and The Baker & The Bottleman), one in Malta (ION Harbour**) and one in Thailand (Aulis Phuket*). With a total of nine Michelin Stars and two Green Michelin Stars, and various prestigious awards and accolades, the Simon Rogan restaurant group has solidified its position as one of the world's leading hospitality institutions.

In order to provide the restaurants with the variety and quality of ingredients we require, we opened our own farm in Cartmel to grow and produce exceptional fruit, veg, herbs and flowers. We are passionate about sustainable farming methods that enhance biodiversity and allow natural wildlife to flourish, whilst producing stunning produce for our operations.

To build on the success of the farm and drive it further forward we are looking to recruit a Farm Assistant/Grower to work with our team to continue to deliver fantastic seasonal produce to our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Planting, nurturing and harvesting produce

- Liaising with the culinary team on their requirements

- Landscaping

- Maintaining all due diligence procedures

Please note this is a seasonal position where you will be contracted to 30 hours per week from April - October.
