Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. Three- and six-night journeys take in the illustrious landscapes and vibrant cities of Cornwall, the Lake District and Wales. As a Commis Chef at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Sous Chef to execute fine dining dishes, ensuring that they are all prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is a seasonal role which runs from April to November in 2025.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
