The Lakes Gin
The Lakes Gin is a firm favourite amongst our sommelier and bar teams. With its notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel, it's refreshing served with tonic or as a cocktail base for a little complexity.
The distillery is not far from us in Cartmel and has won numerous awards since opening in 2015. The team there use Lake District National Park water for their gin, which they distil in traditional copper pots alongside British wheat spirit and a small selection of botanicals, creating something unique to our beloved home.
