Simon and Tom Return to Royal Ascot 2025
Simon will be returning to Royal Ascot for his seventh year, cooking at 'The Parade Ring' restaurant in The Royal Enclosure alongside Tom Barnes, chef/owner of Skof in Manchester and our former executive chef in the northwest. Tom will be returning for his fourth solo appearance at Royal Ascot, presenting a six-course tasting menu to racegoers in 'The Vista', new for 2025 and also in the Royal Enclosure.
With a collective total of twenty-eight Michelin Stars, the most ever for any sporting event worldwide, Royal Ascot 2025 is set to be better than ever.
