Our New Henrock Tasting Menu

Head chef Mark McCabe and his Henrock team, along with executive chef Paul Burgalières, have been working on a tasting menu, which you will be able to try from Wednesday 15th May.

Featuring dishes such as "Brassica shoots, koji hollandaise, pickled magnolia and pumpkin seed" and "Cultured grains, young nettle, Sinodun Hill cheese, pepper dulse", the tasting menu allows you to experience and taste our chef’s highlights in one menu.

Each dish showcases techniques and flavours that we've discovered from our international trips but uses the bountiful and seasonal produce from Our Farm and a handful of local suppliers.

Our new tasting menu will be available for dinner only from Wednesday to Sunday alongside our usual three-course à la carte menu.
