The Home by Simon Rogan BBQ collection is back again but with a little twist. This year, our range features a curated selection of prime cuts prepared with our own rubs and marinades for you to mix and match. This year's menu highlights include; “10oz Aged Sirloin Steak, Fermented Bean Dressing”, a “Pulled Mojo Pork Burger with Birria Dipping Sauce”, and a handful of sides such as “Hispi Cabbage, Our Cabbage Dressing, Yeast & Chive Crumb". |
