New Menus, Cocktails & Opening Hours at Henrock
Join us at Henrock for our summer set menu and our new seasonal cocktails in the Bar & Conservatory. And, if that wasn't enough, we will also be opening for Sunday lunches from 9th July.
From Saturday 1st July, we will allow our guests to choose three courses from a seasonal menu of starters, mains and desserts. Included in the menu will be a snack to start, bread & butters, a pre-dessert, and petit-fours to finish, all at a set menu price.
We will be opening our doors for Sunday lunch from Sunday 9th July. Join us in our light and airy dining room and enjoy our set menu, featuring dishes inspired by our travels, which use produce from Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley. For Sunday lunch, we will offer a seasonal sharing dish for guests to dig into*.
Our new cocktail menu, masterminded by our talented mixologist and bar manager Andreas Grammatikopoulos, celebrates seasonality and the human desire to connect with nature and the environment.
As a finalist in the CLASS Bar Sustainable Practices Awards for two years in a row, the menu draws inspiration from Our Farm, featuring a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks using produce nurtured by our growers.
Not to be missed is the Strawberry, our white Negroni, which features Campari re-distilled with strawberries from Our Farm, Italicus, Lake Distilery’s Pink Grapefruit Gin and housemade orange bitters. The drink is garnished with a disc made from dehydrated strawberry pulp and campari, giving an explosion of flavour.
