Henrock's New Menus Featuring Mark's Great British Menu Dishes

Henrock's head chef, Mark McCabe, and his team, along with executive chef Paul Burgalières, have been working on three new menus, featuring some of Mark's dishes from the Great British Menu finals. The menus will launch on Friday, 25th April.

  • Choice Menu £65 - provides diners with the choice between a starter and a main, or a main and a dessert.
  • Short Menu £79 - features six courses with a choice of main between “Lop Eared Pork, black garlic, cime di rapa, umeboshi” or “Cornish Gurnard, magnolia, spring onion, lovage and turnip katsuobushi sauce.”
  • Full Menu £125 - a ten-course tasting menu featuring Mark’s starter, dessert and pre-dessert from the Great British Menu finals.

Each menu showcases techniques and flavours discovered from our international trips, but uses the bountiful and seasonal produce from Our Farm and a handful of local suppliers. While the Short Menu is the perfect choice for a lighter, midweek dinner, the Long Menu allows you to experience and taste our chef’s highlights.
