L'Enclume launches a Seasonal Lunch Menu

We are delighted to share that L'Enclume will offer a seasonal lunch menu (£125) alongside our tasting menu (£265).

The new seasonal lunch menu will be available on weekdays during our peak growing season, from the 2nd April to the 31st October 2025. This shorter, lighter option provides an additional choice for midweek dining.

SAMPLE LUNCH MENU

Winter radish, pickled rose and Chalk Stream trout tart,
Juices infused with aromatic flowers

Corra Linn pudding caramelised in Birch sap,
Stout vinegar, aged Corra Linn

Last summer's pulses cooked with beef tendons,
Doddington, ramson and onion seeds

English mushrooms in our miso butter,
Spring brassicas, sauce made from yellow wine

Pork neck from Gaythorne farm, grilled and glazed over binchotan,
Duncan cabbage, black apple and fig leaf

Frozen Tunworth cheese,

A Day at Our Farm

Our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' experience returns this summer and we are excited to share the dates for 2025.

This year, we will host A Day at Our Farm on Mondays throughout the summer and will include a stay in one of our superior rooms in Cartmel.

For those not wishing to stay the night, we have also released a handful of farm experience-only tickets.

Local Heroes Returns to Rogan & Co

After last year’s success, our Local Heroes Week at Rogan & Co will return from Tuesday 4th to Sunday 8th March 2025. Local Heroes is a week-long celebration of local artisans, craftspeople, growers, and suppliers.

During the week, we will feature a special seven-course tasting menu for £95 that showcases the people who make our neighbourhood restaurant what it is. As always, we have a stellar lineup of local talents, including Whin Yeats Farm supplying the cheese, Wraysholme Creamery providing the dairy goods, and some familiar Rogan faces.

Ultimate Bank Holiday Escapes 2025

Our Michelin-starred restaurants L'Enclume and Rogan & Co will open exclusively on a handful of Bank Holiday Sundays, including 20th April, 4th May, 25th May and 24th August.

The limited-edition package is designed for two guests and includes a two-night stay in one of our superior Cartmel rooms, dinner at three Michelin starred L'Enclume, breakfast at one Michelin-starred Rogan & Co, tickets to our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' and our Home by Simon Rogan breakfast box to take away or enjoy in the room.

Simon and Tom are excited to be back at Royal Ascot this June!

Simon and Tom to Return to Royal Ascot

From Tuesday 17th to Saturday 21st June, Simon will be retuning to the Parade Ring Restaurant while Tom will oversee the new restaurant for 2025, The Vista. Both chefs will serve multi-course tasting menus showcasing the very best local and seasonal produce. Simon and Tom look forward to another great year at this special event. L'Enclume Residency at Bather's Pavillion

After our successful 2023 residency, L’Enclume will return to @batherspavilion in Sydney this summer. From 16th July to 24th August 2025, our team will offer a unique dining experience with a new menu, wine flights, custom crockery, cutlery, art, and more. Meanwhile, L'Enclume in the UK will continue operations as usual. Reservations open 10 am (GMT+11) on Thursday 13 February via Bather's Pavilion website.

On Wednesday 12th March, Simon Rogan MBE will host an exclusive evening at The Seaview, East Preston, in support of the mental health charity Mind.

The evening will commence at 7pm and promises an unmissable dining experience, with a nine-course tasting menu.

Tickets are priced at £175 per person, with all proceeds going to Mind. Please note that tickets are limited.
