A Day at Our Farm
Our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' experience returns this summer. Head chef Liam and Farm Manager John are excited to share the dates for 2025 later this spring.
This year, we will be hosting A Day at Our Farm on Mondays throughout the summer and will be including a stay in one of our superior rooms in Cartmel. For those not wishing to stay the night, we will also be releasing a handful of farm experience only tickets.

Ultimate Bank Holiday Escapes 2025
Our Michelin-starred restaurants L'Enclume and Rogan & Co will open exclusively on a handful of Bank Holiday Sundays, including 20th April, 4th May, 25th May and 24th August.
The limited-edition package is designed for two guests and includes a two-night stay in one of our superior Cartmel rooms, dinner at three Michelin starred L'Enclume, breakfast at one Michelin-starred Rogan & Co, tickets to our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' and our Home by Simon Rogan breakfast box to take away or enjoy in the room.

Valentine's Day
Rogan & Co - We’ll be running a special Valentine’s tasting menu available for dinner on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February. We’ll also serve a shorter version of the menu for lunch on both days.
Henrock - At Henrock, we will have the option to add a Valentine’s Day sharing dish of “Rolled Lop Eared pork belly, pear and shiso, spiced chicory, baked salsify” to our seasonal à la carte and tasting menus on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February. We'll also be featuring a special wine pairing to go alongside our menus.
Home by Simon Rogan - Our team of chefs in The Lakes has prepared a six-course tasting menu for you to enjoy at home. All you need to do is set the scene, warm each dish and plate.

SIMON AT YOXMAN
Simon will be cooking at YOXMAN from Friday 7th to Monday 10th March 2025, at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk alongside former L’Enclume chef and owner of Michelin-starred Crocadon, Dan Cox and Nathan Davies, head chef at Michelin-starred SY23.
